Vibration method

Tile setting using the vibration method was specially developed for a long-life of ceramic floors in workshops and industrial areas.  This method ensures lower expenditure, is cleaner and faster than the conventional tile work – while simultaneously giving higher quality. Mortar-bed, joints and tiles are laid and finished wet-in-wet, and so a fully homogeneous floor is created.

Advantages:
  • a higher resitant floor with a smooth and even surface
  • narrow joints, less expansion joints
  • homogenuous floors and faster completion of tilework
  • daily out-put of 4 workers can vary between 150, 200 sqm.
